		<description>Looking at my statistics, they don&#039;t seem to affect them. I seem to get spam comments on posts from months ago and that post does not seem to show up on that day&#039;s statistics. I suppose the people who send them are constantly finding new ways of doing it which is perhaps why we have noticed more recently. They annoy me because I take it as a poor reflection on my blog that they are on there.

Quite a range of personal services is offered, to be fair, but I&#039;m certainly not following the links and like to kill the comments as quickly as possible so that nobody else will.</description>
