A sunny day on the foreshore

Walked down to the foreshore on the Bank Holiday. Like most people I was enjoying the sunny weather. This was just one of the numerous small yachts I saw taking advantage of the flat, calm conditions. A lovely range of colours to the river too.

My main reason for walking down to the foreshore was to collect some of the driftwood that had been left on the strand-line. There was so much I had to leave half of what I collected. No doubt it will have gone by the time I go back.
