Après moi, le déluge

With river levels in the area rising after the recent heavy rain, and more predicted this evening, it is interesting to compare a photo I took this morning with one I took at the same spot in September. Taken at the point on the track where the Trans Pennine Trail crosses the Holderness Drain, we seem to be back to the water levels of June. With more rain forecast for Monday it could get even higher!
